Scary Skin Disease Hits Benue NYSC Camp Due To Poor Water System

This photos explains it all, as though some people tends to hang it on skin burns. Although, the weather is hot, but not to the extent of making your skin looks this scary and scaly. Corps members of all complexion had been complaining concerning this issue as some where affected even in clothes hidden areas. I think the government should do something about it, as corpers are passing through tough and deadly times in the orientation camps.
