White Rice and Chicken Potato Brooth

We are always happy when our subscribers send us tested recipes from other peoples recipes seen here. Sandraiseko sent us a recipe she tried out and it came out pretty amazing and we so love the picture she sent in. She tried out the chicken casserole with white rice which was originally sent in by Diana.

Here is how the meal was made if you missed it:

Ingredients
Chicken

Carrot

Green pepper

Cabbage

Potatoes

Green beans

Corn flour.

Direction

Wash your chicken thoroughly,

Cut the chicken into smaller sizes, when done, season the chicken  with any seasoning of your choice.

Steam the chicken, add your potatoes to the chicken stock and cook this for about 20 minutes,

To thicken the casserole, add corn flour  and add your cut vegetables ( Green pepper, Cabbage, Green Beans)
Serve with boiled rice or you can eat it with the potatoes,
