Wash and peel your plantain
Cut into cubes
Cut your periwinkle wash properly
Blend your crayfish and set aside.
Sauce pan with water on heat, add plantain and bring to boil.
Add onions, your fresh pepper add crayfish and season, add periwinkle and allow to cook till plantain is tender add palm oil stir and set aside.
Get your snail washed properly, put in a sauce pan, season with onions and fresh pepper and seasoning cube then place on heat allow to steam then add water and bring to boil
Finally add scent leaf and serve hot.
