"So, I bumped into this well suited windscreen cleaner yesterday in Ogun State. We need more innovative citizens like Abdulahi in Nigeria. Well spoken Abdulahi Olatoyan who is in his early thirties is a University of Ilorin dropout, who turned to the street after the demise of his father to make a living and save enough money to start a business.

Veteran Nollywood actor, Martins Njubuigbo aka Papa Labista, down with Liver disease

Woman rejects boyfriend's proposal because the diamond on the ring was too small (photos)

The Diamond on the ring was too small. That's the apparent reason that could be deduced after a Chinese woman turned down her boyfriend's marriage proposal. The poor guy was down on one knee, proposed with a bunch of red roses, surrounded by dancers he’d hired specially for the event and was being watched by dozens of onlookers when his girlfriend turned and walked off.

At first, she seemed to be thrilled by the performance on a street in Chengdu, the capital city of south-west China’s Sichuan province, and at one point started to cry as her boyfriend walked towards her. But surprised everyone by walking away after seeing the ring her boyfriend was proposing with.

 In a screen shot of a message sent to her friend after the attempted proposal, she complained. “Before we agreed on a one carat diamond ring. Why is it so small? Is he so careless or he just doesn’t care?”

It's not clear when the incident took place but the photographs have been circulating online in China. Many people on Weibo, China's equivalent of Twitter, said that she didn't deserve the proposal.

Dad kills Cobra with with bare hands after the snake killed his son (Photos)

In a video shared online this week, a man was seen avenging the death of his son by killing a King Cobra with his bare hands. The man, in shorts, angrily grabbed the long snake from a tree in the bush and smashed it's head on the floor severally times, killing it. The snake reportedly bit his son, who later died. 1. Lack Of Professional Connections

For a fresh graduate, it is not often easier to find valuable contacts to recommend a job or get recommended.

This is absolutely okay if you have just pa$$ed out 
of university and searching for employment. But, if it is your tenth attempt for a job and you still have no connections, then you are not taking this issue seriously. A valuable connection not only guides you in right direction but also helps you step into a job easily. Employers are followers of technology. 2. Lack Of Talent Identification

Majority of fresh graduates blindly follow a field without first realising their own potential. Having a degree in ‘marketing’ does not necessarily mean that you cannot pursue a career in film direction. You can definitely do it if you have the pa$$ion in visual art and really think you can make a name in this field.

If you are excellent in something, it is meaningless to question its relevancy with your degree. Talent is not measured by degrees and certificates. However, there are other more important things in your career portfolio that you can make up with your inexperience. As a starter, you can show your previous on-job training programs or internships that you have completed in your trade. You can even demonstrate your specific life experiences that make you perfect candidate for a job, if this is the case.

4. Graduates Are Too Choosy About Their Jobs

Nowadays, graduates are too choosy about the job they pick. They expect the best salary figure, ideal location, flexible working hours and lenient work environment. When graduates demand so much perks and benefits, they end up losing an opportunity that could benefit them in the long run. Ultimately, they deprive themselves of the larger benefits that they could have availed in terms of professional exposure and career profile.

When you land a job interview, consider it as an opportunity to streamline your career success. Do not think about that mundane ‘zeros’ in salary or the trivial benefits. At this stage of your career, you should focus more on skills and professional experience that you can gain from an opportunity. Look into the professional values that an organisation has to offer you rather than salary package that will not do any good at this stage.”

Why are young women marrying older

Nigerians of diverse persuasion and their

Onyanwe Aku Uche attributes it to poverty.
According to the student of Abia State
University, it's money and status only.
Uche is of the view that such marriages
lead to adultery and promiscuousness
because, he believes that the old men

are eighty but it is not the same for women
when she reaches menopause.
Have you ever slept with an old man and
found him incompetent? Many ladies who

Sociologist, Chinedu Ukwu blamed Nigeria
economy for such marriage. He was of the
view that if the nation's economy should
improve where the girls could get job and
take care of themselves, most of the older
men would be rejected when they
approach most of these girls for marriage.

Clare Okpala said that it serves the old men
right. She said that such girls are on
revenge mission to what some boys have
done to their older female lovers. She said
that the young ladies perch on the oldies
for their money and would dump them
when they have gotten what they want.
"Serves the older perverts right, for
marrying women young enough to be their
daughters/ granddaughters."

priorities or simply because of money and

A security guard has been fitted with an eight-inch penis sculpted from his arm which works when he presses a button connected to his testicles.

Mohammed Abad only has to squeeze his testes when he is looking to inflate his makeshift manhood.
The 43-year-old virgin - who had his penis sliced off in a horror road accident when he was six - has undergone 100 operations to re-equip himself with a member.
However, he now finally got a shaft to shout about after surgeons at University College London gave 
him a bionic penis.



The sexual device contains two tubes which fill up using liquid from his stomach, allowing him to gain an erection. That process is started by the push of a button which is connected to his scrotum, with another switch draining the penis after use.
Molding and attaching it took three years, with doctors using a skin graft from Mohammed's arm to
line its shaft.

The skin and fat from his forearm was removed to create the new penis, which was then attached during an 11-hour operation.
Speaking to The Sun, newly single Mohammed said:

'When you want a bit of action you press the "on" button. When you are finished you press another button. It takes seconds.

He added: 'Some ladies might want to try it out.'

Mohammed, from Edinburgh, was pushed into the road as a child, falling under a moving car which dragged him for 600 yards, resulting in serious injuries to his genitals and thighs.
His penis was completely destroyed, along with his left testicle. He thinks part of his right testicle was saved, but he can’t see or feel anything.

In 2013 he appeared on Channel 4's Embarrassing Bodies, where he explained that the penis he was then fitted with -  around 6-7cm in length - was numb to the touch.
Although he could feel when he’s urinating, he described the whole area as very sensitive.



However, he is now fully equipped with a penis that he is happy to touch.
Mohammed added: 'Doctors have told me to keep practicing.'

Most times I ask myself some questions that tends to be more relevant, like "why is it that Nigerians don't take humanity into play when it comes to decision making, and why do the decision makers always thrive for their pot belly? And the likes. Because, I don't know why they have to do what they're doing especially to that mom to be above there. It's obvious and crazy! I just think this is stupid, suffering people for a non profit program. Why not make care for this ladies even if you want or they asked to participate in programs like this. NYSC should do something about it, that's my view, they should Bared pregnant women from the program.

Hi guys, I wanna share a topic I hear lots of girls say when am in public places which is “My Boyfriend is perfect”…lol, No honey, He’s not! In life, we cn’t have it all or rather we cn’t have a perfect man. For example: you ask a girl, what she needs in man or her ideal man, and this is what you hear *throat clears*

5. He must be smart

11. He must be intelligent
12. He must be caring
13.He must be a good listener
14. He must be faithful
15. He must be confident.
15. He must be Romantic.
And so much more,in my entire life, I have never seen a man with all this characteristics….



Lemme make an illustrations : Handsome + Rich + Good cook + Caring +Faithful+ God Fearing + Good Manners = Impossible. My darling ladies believe me or not this is not possible, the exceptions are very few that is 1% out of the remaining 100%….something will be missing in my equations, to be honest we cn’t have them 10/10.
It’s either he is Rich and Ugly with Good manners
Or
He is Rich, Handsome and very Proud
Or
He has everything but he is not God fearing
Or
He has Everything but he is a woman beater.
In Everything we do we should learn to seek Good first ( Matt 6:33).
Am not trying to say there are no good men, we have a lot but what am trying to say is that you cn’t find all you want in a man and vise-versa.
The Basic requirement I think a woman should look for in a man should be
1. A God Fearing Man: This is the most important requirement any woman can ask for, there is nothing like a man who fears God…. When I say a God fearing Man, I mean it and not the one who just wears his DOLCE & GABBAN A suits and sit in church and comes back home to beat you for not cooking for him. A God fearing man is a man who fears God, who appreciates you, who tells you how much he loves you ,Who will do everything within his power to make you happy, the one who will always take you to God when ever you turn ur back from him. That is a God fearing man.

2.  Pls ladies, I wanna correct something, if ur man is the type that whenever he beats you or gets in a fight with you and instead of apologizing he prefer to buy gifts that is not genuine, he is only doing that to shut ur mouth up… I tell my friends that “it’s better for me to drive in my Camry pencil light happily than to drive in my Range Rover with a black eye”. I will want to marry a comfortable man that will give me peace than to marry the one who will always brag and beat me join.. Ladies pls and pls choose wisely.

3. A COMFORTABLE MAN: My dear sisters, who doesn’t want a rich man, if I tell you I dn’t want a rich man, I will be lying from d pit of hell… But I think it’s better if u marry someone comfortable, if you see the one who is already rich then it’s your luck, but if you are dating someone is Smart, Ambitious and is doing well for himself then I feel there is no biggy because he will go higher…

Some ladies are not married today because they are waiting for Dangote’s son, Adenuga’s nephew or Otedola’s brother….my dear all these men also started from somewhere and if am correct they were not this rich when they met their wives….there is nothing wrong with a man who is comfortable so that when you are married to him 2maro and one very funny relation of his comes to say rubbish, you can stand and tell that person the story of his life.

Then again we should also know the source of our boo’s, boyfriends, husband’s Money because these days people are doing so many things to get money, when they ask you, you will say he is doing business not knowing he might be dealing in drugs, he might be doing YAHOO (419) or he is a ritualist, Abeg ooo, always ask…

This are the basics and other things can fall into this requirements above.. For its latest celebrity-focused partnership, MAC tapped one of the music industry's all-time greats: Latin singer Selena Quintanilla, whose final album was released in July 1995, just three months after her tragic murder.

On Thursday, MAC announced the multi-product collection, dubbed #MACSelena, will debut towards the end of 2016. The brand's Senior Vice President/Group Creative Director James Gager said in a statement:

"Selena's talent and beauty, inside and out have, have left a colourful, meaningful impact in the world, that has continued to grow over the last two decades. We have heard the passion and enthusiasm from her fans and wholeheartedly agree that her legacy embodies MAC's philosophy."

Selena's sister, Suzette Quintanilla, was also quoted in the same release:

"I am so excited that MAC Cosmetics will be releasing a collection in honor of my sister Selena. Helping to create this collection brings me back to all those late night conversations on our tour bus when she spoke of having her own makeup line one day. If Selena were here she would be beyond ecstatic to have this happening. History is being made."

Five months ago, a fan named Patty Rodriguez started a Change.org petition (aptly titled, "To release a 'Selena Quintanilla for MAC' limited edition collection"), which has now racked up more than 37,000 supporters on the platform.

While that's all the intel we have on this collection (for now), we can all rest assured it will be a color, vivacious smash-hit: MAC owes it to Selena's passionate fan-base. Watch this space.

Study suggests that Douching can be harmful to women

Researchers did urine tests to detect phthalate exposure in 739 women who were surveyed about their use of douches and other feminine care products.

A new study claims that feminine hygiene products for vaginal douching may expose users to potentially harmful chemicals known as phthalates.

Researchers did urine tests to detect phthalate exposure in 739 women who were surveyed about their use of douches and other feminine care products.

The more women douched, the higher their exposure to a form of diethyl phthalate (DEP). Women in the study ranged in age from 20 to 49, and more than half were overweight or obese.

According to  lead study author Ami Zota, a researcher at the Milken School of Public Health at George Washington University,

“Phthalates are chemicals of concern for women’s health because they are suspected endocrine disruptors and can alter the action of important hormones such as estrogen, testosterone and thyroid hormones,”

Douching is generally discouraged amongst women by doctors owing to risks such as  bacterial vaginosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, pregnancy complications and potentially cervical cancer.

According to Zota, “douching is not medically required" because "a healthy vagina has an effective self-cleaning system.”

In the study, roughly one third of black women said they douched at least once a month, as did 11% of white and Mexican American women.

20% of black women reported douching at least twice a month, compared with just 7% of white participants and 3% of Mexican Americans in the study.

It was found that women who reported douching at least once in the past month had 52% higher concentrations of a form of DEP in their urine.

For those who douched at least twice a month, urinary concentrations of a form of DEP were 152% higher than for non users.

Researchers, however, found no link between DEP and other feminine hygiene products such as tampons, sanitary napkins, powders, sprays or towelettes.

They also found no connection between douching or other hygiene products and exposure to a form of DnBP.

10 Things Every 20+ Girl Needs In Her Life

It’s hard to read a girl’s mind and know what she really wants in life, but there are certain things every 20-something girl wants in life.

1. Freedom

Most 20-something girls want freedom. They want to live alone and do everything they want to do. They have listened to their parents for years and now they want to be independent. They want to date any guy they like without worrying that their mom or dad can say something bad to him. A 20-something girl wants to enjoy this life to the fullest before she becomes a mom.

2. A well-paid job

In order to be independent we need money. Every 20-something girl wants to find a well-paid job. Even if she has a good job, she is trying to find a better one, or at least dreaming of it. When looking for a well-paid job, a 20-something girl pays attention to the stuff and employer, because she doesn’t want to have a strict boss. Freedom is priority for her.

3. Love

Every girl dreams of finding Mr. Right but often find Mr. Wrong. A 20-something girl wants to have a serious relationship. She wants to love and be loved. Love is not a top priority for her, which is why it’s so hard for her to find a good guy and start a serious relationship.

4. True friends

While we all want to have true friends, a 20-something girl is just looking for them. When you are in your 20s, it’s difficult to see fake friends, especially when you have lots of friends. A 20-something girl has to deal with toxic people more often than a 30-something woman, so she wants to finally find at least one true friend she can trust and share all her worries and secrets with.

5. Expensive things

20-something girls want to buy expensive things. Parents can’t afford to buy pricey things, and it’s absolutely okay. When we have a job and we live alone, we can afford to purchase at least one expensive thing a month or a year. When a 20-something girl has a well-paid job, she definitely want to buy expensive beauty products, gadgets, clothes and jewelry.

6. Car

A busy 20-something girl wants to have a car to accomplish her tasks faster. She doesn’t have a lot of time for commuting and she is trying to find some smart options. When you are in your early 20s, you probably can’t afford a new car, so why not buy a used car? It’s a good option and one of your dreams will come true.

7. House

Buying a house is not an easy thing. Some people can’t make this dream come true even in their 40s. A 20-something woman wants to buy a house and she works hard to reach this goal. She believes in herself and she believes every woman should have her own house in order to be independent.

8. Travel

A 20-something girl wants to grow as a person. Discovering new places, learning about new cultures and meeting different people can help her to achieve this goal. Traveling is a great experience and its has many fantastic benefits. No wonder, most people enjoy traveling and spend lots of money on their trips.

9. Children

Speaking of children, most women want to have children. It’s believed that women in their 20s don’t want to have kids. It’s actually a wrong belief. Every woman wants to be a mother, even if she never talks about it. The problem is, a woman should do so many things before having a child that it’s hard to talk about children in her 20s.

10. Pets

Yes, pets. Pets can make your life happier and you will never feel lonely when you have a furry friend at home. An independent and single 20-something woman wants to own a pet, but often she can’t do it because of her busy schedules. She will definitely make this dream come true in future, if she really wants it.

See Simple Braided Updo Style For Short Hair

Beauty tutorials are big on YouTube — a search for “makeup tutorial” and “hair tutorial” yields more than 5 million videos. In this weekly series, we put a mix of popular and under-the-radar tutorials to the test and show you what’s best.

I have short hair not because it looks better on me than long hair, per se, but because short hair is easy. Most days, I air dry it and go. It's a little wavy and has plenty of volume.

Friends with long hair often tell me they don't want to go short because there isn't much you can do with it. But there is! French twists are far easier to do with short hair. So are updos like this. 

The latest addition to my repertoire is this braided updo from YouTube vlogger team BeautyByAlyssaAndNic. You start by side-parting your hair (though I'd probably go with a center part) and French braiding each side, then pinning it under. So simple, you almost don't need to watch the video, depending on your level of skill.

As an FYI, you will need hair that hits the top of your shoulders — which is longer than mine at present, but give me six weeks.
